Enter at your own risk. The wait times are ridiculous! No sense of urgency at all. Update: They finally took the cast off of my 6 year old. Then they left her sitting here bleeding. They didn’t wash her up at all. I walked her to the sink. The nurses are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

The front office insurance lady was rude. We have the same insurance as always. She said it wouldn’t scan in so someone here would have to call about it. I waited an hour in the waiting room for her to get my insurance verification which they should have already had. I also verified everything ahead of time when I made the appointment online with my insurance. I also called my insurance company after 30 minutes and they did not understand what the hold up was and confirmed that it was not on our insurance end. Terrible customer service!

Appointment was at 1245, i arrive at 1230 the initial receptionist was extremely helpful went to the next receptionist to give her my paperwork one is sitting talking to another patient about remodeling her house after 7-10 minutes I interrupt and ask do I need to give you my paperwork and you’ll can finish the conversation I hate to interrupt, her response I’m doing his information on my computer clearly not the time I’ve been sitting here you haven’t. Then I go down the hall for X-rays i had X-rays and an MRI with the VA she pulls them up . Go to a room and wait by 2:45 I leave. Without seeing the doctor or anyone saying the doctor is a little tied up or whatever..

Dr Best and the whole team worked my son in very quickly. He had broke his arm and they did not let him sit in pain- they got him right back, quick X-ray and we’re setting it back in place in no time. Everything was explained clearly and in a very tactful way so as not to upset/scare my son. The whole clinic was very clean and seemed to run very efficiently. So grateful for the care my son received!!

Great doctors, and great staff. I really feel like I have the best people caring for me. The physical rehab clinic in Ruston is amazing, and everyone over there treats me like a good friend while providing me top-notch treatment. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing care. I am making progress every week on my shoulder, it seems, and there truly seems to be a light at the end of this tunnel, whereas earlier this year I didn’t know if I was ever going to be able to use my arm in a functional manner again. Dr. Graves made it possible for me to maintain my mobility after my injury. Eventually I will be able to do everything that I did before and I am forever grateful! Wendy has been there with me through the whole process, from surgery to the frequent inquiries about my wellbeing. Elaine was my first point of contact at the front desk and she was so very kind. Her sweet smile was so welcoming. The ladies in the cast room were very good at everything that they did for me and very patient with my frequent visits. Jose in the rehab dept, along with all of the other therapists and techs worked and encouraged me until I ran my first 5K after my injury. Gray was wonderful and so knowledgeable in dealing with my short term disability. She made it easy! We are blessed to have this clinic of skilled surgeons and staff in our area when we need them most.

Highly recommend. Not a long wait. Friendly staff. Dr. Graves is an excellent surgeon. Two surgeries for me in 2 months. Rotator cuff and torn meniscus. I have full range of motion in my shoulder. Two days after knee surgery, I was bearing weight on it.

Dr Nipper is great❣️He includes me in my plan of care. He explores alternative treatments before performing surgery. I have experienced caring, positive, and friendly staff at the clinic.
